Calling all foodies—there’s a new food hall in town (BaseHall Hong Kong) and we’re here to let you in on everything you need to know.

Located in Central’s Jardine House, the former site of Grappa’s Cellar will be home to a bevy of food and drink vendors. Here are some of the highlights:

Roti Tori

Brought to you by the Yardbird team, Roti Tori will be serving up Japanese-style rotisserie chicken at BaseHall Hong Kong.

Cookie DPT

Get in line, because Cookie DPT will be dishing out their hugely popular home-baked cookies in a variety of flavours.

Treehouse

One for the plant-based folk, Treehouse will be serving their signature wraps, burgers and bowls full of healthy grains and salads.

Sink your teeth into juicy burgers at Honbo. Chicken, crab and plant-based patties made with Impossible Meat are also available at BaseHall Hong Kong.
