By#legendJune 17, 2016
Black Sheep Restaurants’ newest venture is the Buenos Aires Polo Club, an Argentinian steakhouse that aims to revive the golden age of Buenos Aires, replete with equestrian charm, the affluence of Recoleta and private club sophistication. Executive Chef Felipe Lopez pays homage to Argentina’s dynamic grilling culture by serving free-range Argentinian beef, cooked in the asado tradition, alongside an extensive list of Argentine wines and vermouth. The spacious venue, with its rich wood interior and choice of private dining rooms, is located in LKF Tower. blacksheeprestaurants.com
