Giovanni Viterale was honoured with The Order of the Star of Italy. His knighthood was announced in a small conferment ceremony at the residence of Italian Ambassador Paolo Crudele. A veteran in the hospitality business for more than 20 years, Viterale has been the general manager at The Fullerton Hotel and the Fullerton Bay Hotel in Singapore since 2010. He was previously the resident manager of the Conrad in Hong Kong.
