Gelato Shop GROM Opens in IFC

Brought to Hong Kong by Bite Limited, Italian gelateria GROM has finally opened its first official store in Hong Kong. GROM stands for “gelato come una volta”, or as it used to be made, meaning the gelato is 100 per cent natural and authentic, unspoiled by flavourings and artificial colours. At the grand opening, GROM and its founders Guido Martinetti and Federico Grom served up over twenty mouth-watering flavours to guests, including Candice Suen Sieber, Leigh Tung Chou, Stanley Chou and Brandon Chau.
