Le Baron Shanghai: Where the Fashion Jet Set Mingle

David Beckham has been there; so have Giambattista Valli, Jason Wu, Michael Jordan and Angelababy. There’s even a fabulous picture of the eccentric shoe design icon Christian Louboutin cutting shapes on the dance floor. Le Baron Shanghai, the Chinese offshoot of the famous Paris club, is the Shanghai fashion set’s home away from home. The well-heeled gather to drink cocktails and champagne, and to dance until daybreak, energised by the resident DJs and guest DJs of international renown. The club puts RAC in charge of the music for the first time in April. RAC is a solo project by multitalented, Portuguese-born Andre Anjos from Oregon. Le Baron Shanghai broke into the Chinese nightlife scene only a year ago, and since then Cody Allen and his team have enjoyed great success, continuing to introduce rare talent.
