I’ve been travelling lately, but when I’m back, I always stop by Always Joy for oysters and a highball – the sanma is an absolute must when it’s in season. I also think More Good in Chai Wan is one of the city’s most interesting spots – they’re always hosting clever pop-ups and parties when they aren’t busy making meals for the community. If I’m heading to Lamma, it’s strictly for Terracotta Lamma and the tapas place next door.”

“I am so excited to see more big-name DJs and festivals returning to Hong Kong – catching A State of Trance with Armin van Buuren on June 12 is at top of my list.
