#legendloveschristmas: Prime rib beef dinner for four at Buenos Aires Polo Club
Hong Kong does love its beef – and nothing gets us in the festive mood like a traditional Prime Rib roast. Argentinian steakhouse Buenos Aires Polo Club is known for their premium cuts of beef, snazzy interiors and wild soirees after dark.
They also offer a three-course prime rib dinner, which is carved tableside and served with generous servings of BA Polo Club’s signature creamed spinach and mashed potatoes with mascarpone and brown butter. The grass-fed Aregnetinian Black Angus is cured overnight in the restaurant’s very won club rub and then seared on a parrilla wood-fired grill before being slow-cooked for four hours, leaving the meat tender and juicy but charred on the outside.
