Rosie Assoulin Spring/Summer 2017

Rosie Assoulin’s spring/summer 2017 collection celebrates summers in small beach towns, incorporating elements from her travels including dresses and pants in classic beach chair patterns and large tropical prints. Volume and length is prominent in the collection, as are high-waisted pants and striped shirtings with relaxed and utilitarian attitude. Not a lot of people can make excessive crystals elegant, but the long draping shirt in tiered crystals was stunningly beautiful. Definitely one of the more vibrant collections this season at New York Fashion Week.
