Hong Kong ARMYs, rejoice! Thanks to K-pop group BTS‘s latest collaboration with Samsung, diehard fans can now show off their love for BTS all day long with the Samsung Galaxy S20+ and Samsung Galaxy Buds+ BTS Edition.
Available from 9 July, the Samsung Galaxy S20+ and Samsung Galaxy Buds+ BTS Edition are exactly the same as their original counterparts but come in an eye-catching purple coating. Why purple? Any ARMY member would recall how BTS member, V, iconically told fans, “I Purple you” as a proclamation of his love and trust.

Samsung Galaxy S20+ BTS Edition

The Samsung Galaxy S20+ BTS Edition in Hong Kong retails at a suggested price of HK$8,398. Although its specifications are the same as the original, this limited-edition phone is moulded in purple glass and comes with pre-installed BTS-themes and the group’s community fan platform, Weverse.
ARMYs will also love the decorative stickers included, plus photo cards of their favourite idols. Don’t miss the little purple heart on the rear-facing camera, either!
Samsung Galaxy Buds+ BTS Edition

The second product is the Samsung Galaxy Buds+ BTS Edition, which retails at HK$1,698. These limited-edition buds offer the same noise-cancelling feature and 22-hour charge as their predecessors; however, much like BTS’s Galaxy S20 Plus, they don a purple heart design.

From now until 8 July, pre-order both the Samsung Galaxy 20+ and Samsung Galaxy Buds+ BTS Edition in Hong Kong together from Samsung Hong Kong and you’ll get the buds for half price.
Pre-ordering can be done at a Samsung Experience Store or at CSL Mobile. Products will be shipped globally on 9 July 2020, marking the seventh anniversary of the BTS fan club, ARMY.
