The Seafood Room in Causeway Bay has celebrated its opening, the debut of the first Hong Kong outlet for the Bulldozer Group. Equipped with a raw bar, a grand table that seats 24 people and a rooftop lounge, the cocktail party attracted actor Adrien Brody among the global glitterati. They dined on a delightful menu put together by Executive Chef James Cornwall.
