A Spanish dance introduced A Night on Earth in Jerez de la Frontera, while an acrobatic display accompanied The Macallan Harmony Collection Vibrant Oak. The grand finale was an opera performance that revealed The Macallan TIME : SPACE Mastery.

TIME : SPACE Mastery is a unique expression crafted from 14 cask types. It combines influences from European and American oak, creating a complex profile that celebrates two centuries of craftsmanship. The Macallan Harmony Collection Vibrant Oak reflects the brand’s mastery of wood. This edition uses repurposed oak chippings for its packaging, aligning with sustainability goals. It offers flavours of vanilla and citrus, derived from first-fill American oak casks.

Lastly, A Night on Earth in Jerez de la Frontera pays homage to the origins of The Macallan’s casks in Spain. Its tasting notes include pastry and grapes, inspired by local traditions.

This anniversary not only celebrates the past but also sets the stage for future innovations in whisky making. The Macallan continues to honour its legacy while embracing new ideas and practices.
