The Youth Diabetes Action charity, dedicated to supporting young people with diabetes and their families, hosted their annual Spring Fling ball at the ballroom of the Conrad Hotel. Designed by Silvio Berge, the theme for the evening was Le Grand Tour, and thus commenced a Mone?gasque- influenced night of car racing, music and dance performances, an inspirational talk by racing car driver Dan Wells, and a grand auction. Funds raised for the event will help purchase equipment for the Youth Diabetes Action Centre of Excellence.
